Do you think Jay Park will be able to be recognized as a mainstream international artist?

In my opinion, his skill and talent and good looks surpass many of the current artists that we consider mainstream (i.e. Justin Bieber). Do you think he'll be able to be as popular as Lady Gaga. And whatever happened to Rain? He was totally on his way to international superstardom, but his momentum just seemed to stop...
