How close are the Detroit Lions to being 12-3 instead of 5-10?

If the other team can run up the score, winning the games wasn't a big challenge to them. But, I do get your idea that one more TD for the Lions (and no more points for the opposition) would have given them six more wins and another TD, two point conversion, and a win in OT would have gotten a seventh one. But, most teams in the league could have matched 12-3 if the factors preventing victory were changed. The Browns have 7 losses by 7 points or less. There's a 12-3 with a couple of OT wins too.
