How to get in shape for cheerleading? (Cheerleaders, please)?
I'm trying out for 9th grade cheerleading in 2 weeks & i really need to get in shape. i'mb 14 & i weigh 128 pounds. i dont look big but i'm unhealthy. i have really strong legs cause i play soccer, so that 's a good thing. you automatically get put on JV cheer if you can tumble and i know how to do a front handspring & a round off into a backbend & then kickoff from there, but i dont know if that's what they mean by tumble. lol. so what are certain stretches & exercises i can do to get more flexible? and what are different tumbles i can do that would definitely earn me a spot on JV, & how would i go about performing them? Thanks! <3
