Will Devin Hester make the Hall of Fame for returning?

Brian Mitchell didn't make it but Hester did it in only 5 seasons and can probably be a productive returner for the rest of his career, maybe 5-7 more seasons. Anyhow, you might say he will get older, but if you look at his stats this year, he doesn't have as many tds as he has before, but his kickoff AVG. and punt return AVG. are career highs for him and he consistently gives the Bears unsure offense good field position. Like the Packers game, the nfl guys said he had a bad day returning but with his 2 opportunities he had 5 yards, a 17.5 average which is a great AVG.
